Dear Diary,

This morning felt like I was being awakened from death by Dr Madlynne Cook from the story "Heir: Love and Lies". It took me forever to get up and wake up on the couch. I feel like the song of the morning was "My Redeemer". We went to get Andrew on the way and then headed into Curepe after dropping him off in St Augustine.

The ride down to Barataria was quick, and the walk was slow. I took my time to get to school, and it was the better choice based on how I was feeling. As soon as I got into the staffroom, I took everything out and then went to purchase the Channa Pies. Mr Richard asked if I wanted it one time. It was good that they were finished early. He also asked if the pepper was enough. It seems like that's a new bottle of pepper that they had opened on Monday. It had worked well on me that night. The pies were hot and crispy as they were.

There were a few more minutes before class began. Jess walked out first, and there was a chair by the teacher's desk. I went to get my manuscript book to complete the exercises for the second lesson. There was a lot of work for that part. I just hope that it did not go overboard. She told me that she would not be there on Friday and that the TUCO person was supposed to visit the school at 1 PM. Recess was over before I knew it.

A section leader was meeting, and they had locked the door. I had to open the windows to get them to open up for me. The form 4s were next, and they were given their lesson on melody. Jess had sent me the note for today last night. When she asked me to get some samples, I offered some of the hymns that I had. Had to go back a second time to the staffroom to get my laptop. The first time was for her speaker box. The laptop or Musescore was giving a lot of trouble to produce the audio be and it also caused the programme to refuse to do the playback.

The rest of the evening was free after the pan practice. I sat by the teacher's desk and worked while supervising the children in that room. Jess was in the pan room with the backline. I remained working in the staffroom. Only when school was over, "Mr Warner" came to ask if I still wanted the Hunchies, and I gave him the twenty dollars. It was good but a bit too oily for me. "Cleo" and I were the teachers for the evening practice. Jess had to leave early, and I could not stay until 5 PM.

Thankfully, a bus was waiting at the red light as I was about to cross the road. I went home and got dinner out of the way first before getting to work. The second half of the third lesson was completed. I was still contemplating whether to have another advanced one inserted before ending it. The time was 30 minutes to 10, and I had stopped for the night to complete only one painting before going to bed.
