Dear Diary,

This morning, as soon as I came I sat and ate a pie from Curepe in the staffroom. The ace was quiet, but teachers were at work on marking their papers. I knew that there would be no aloo pies today. While drinking my water Mel came into the room to her desk. She said that she was going to see Patty about the art supplies for exams. She was saying that the school didnt have much funds to cover the materials.

When I was ready to go the office, I went to use the washroom and took my tray over there. Mel was sitting inside and there was a special surprise to see Miss Amkin in there. Immediately, I caught myself and realised that the timetable letter was not done since Miss gave it to me to do for them. I gave her the handwritten document to verify one last time. She took the time to check over the dates, too. I had asked her to call out the information, and that made everything easy.

Patty and the examiners went out to tour the school to come back. I had time to print the document, stamp it and let Mel sign it. Patty met me in the corridor by the door from the hall and she said that we were only bumping into each other. She got the form from me to sign. We asked the examiner who gets the original. We were advised to make some copies of it, of which they got one and then the original was scanned and sent to someone named Crystal Boodoo. Mel and I had to ask Miss Amkin who would be the person the letter was addressing earlier. It took a long time for the call to come through while it was being typed up.

After that was over, some time after, Patty said that there was a transcript that she needed help doing. It was for another student. She got some of the records from the student's report book. Theybwere images in the school's FAC account. I got them printed and batched all the documents together. I also had a Transcript Numbers Sheet that I made for the gathering of marks. I sat at the same desk as yesterday, where I updated the OJT logbook. Patty came out and asked if I liked the desk being there. I noticed that the Air conditioning unit was starting to squirt again.

Surprisingly, the whole day went by so quick. I heard the sound of Shaun shouting outside, and when I saw him with his bookbag on and looked at the time, it was 2:30 PM exact. I ended up in the office a bit longer. My plan to create, design and print the logbook for students to leave the school compound was done. Patty passed back and asked about ehat was printing. She said that exams were over. Immediately after, I went to do the same for the Keys register book. The same cover page and identity page were used for both documents.

"Kimmy" came by to ask me to help her make prints of signs for her Movie Night fundraiser. This would be going towards the Graduation of 2025. I didnt have the time to make a logbook for the collection of CAPE and CSEC certificates, and this one is deperately needed. When I got back into the staff room from the long way Miss Soodeen was walking out. she had a lovely silver outfit on. I saw a lot of teachers who had left and come back to school from their homes. She asked if I did the same and she was suprised when I told her that I was now leaving the office since morning. She was shocked.

The time was minutes to 5 PM. "Mr Marlon" and Donna were chatting while "Cleo" was sitting and eating her Hunchies. He had something to share with me too. I realised that a grey bag was on my desk. It looked like fruit. It felt like portugal but then I opened the bag it smelled like Mangoes. Walking up the road was very difficult with the bag of mangoes. My bookbag was also filled with files to take home. It was 6:07 PM by the time that I got on a bus. That night I got  home feeling very sick. I didn't do anything at all except call Aunty Anmarie for about a half an hour and then went to rest off the sick feeling.
