Dear Diary,

Today felt like a Wednesday. I remembered telling Daddy that yesterday felt like a Tuesday and that Monday was missing from the week. Daddy had to go and get the car inspected, so that took a while. I was able to get one book catalogued. The cards for the book will have to be written up when I get home later. My stomach was empty so I went to buy the pies one time. I met "Reuben" and "O'Neil" there, being served by Miss Hannah.

I went to eat in the staffroom. Had to go to the washroom but waited until after. I went to check on Indera. She wasnt in her office at the time. She and Patty were speaking to four women in police T-shirts. The Easter show was still in progress, walking along the side of the hall. When she spoke with me, she said that she was asked to do the Vote of Thanks for the show. I told her that I could still take the numbers to enter and have the formula to tally all of the final totals. She opened up the filing cabinet for me to take out the February numbers. All of this took one hour.

When this was done, I took the laptop over for her to check while I called the numbers out by date and checked the totals. Some errors were corrected. One interruption was with Miss Harris to speak to Indera. I waited by the printer, working on this morning of today's entry. There was another reason for me to step out, too, before this. We got all of them fixed up. We were not ready for us to have thise totals re-entered into the Ministry Excel file for the teachers to sign on. This will have to be done when I get home.

I went to visit Mel in the back. The sky was very dark, and no breeze to cool the hot building. She had Matias with her today, and the children were babysitting. I tried to set up her marks for her on the digital markbook. Fortunately, we were able to get the Form 1s seen to. When we got to working on the Form 2s, she was sleeping on herself. I couldn't wait on her to catch herself, so I closed up the laptop and went to the staffroom.

I decided to leave early and go up the road to Isa. Surprisingly, the inside had a really nice air refreshner that smelled like the essence from the Christmas sponge cake. We got a test print of the "REGULAR Small" donation card. It was smaller than expected but very workable. I will adjust the sizing and try again. Once I ate and daddy left I fell asleep on the couch until 10:03 at night. Got showered and went to do cataloguing until 2AM. I had forgotten to do the copying and pasting into the Ministry file. Maybe tomorrow in school.
