Dear Diary,

This morning I got into a maxi to get to school. While walking down Sixth Avenue, I realised that it would have been Religious Education this morning. For that reason, I decided to slow down my walking and took a lot of time to get there. My foot was starting to hurt. The Anglican school had a long delay in beginning its assembly.

As I was at the pedestrian gate, the guard waited for me to enter there. I went to pay for the pies one time. Mrs Santana met me as I was walking in the corridor up to the cafe. She had some students bringing in a tank of gas. She mentioned that they were going to finish out the sales that they had. The students were in the hall, and they were giving out Merit Awards. It looked like they were going to be long, so I worked on the journal entry for yesterday. It took a while.

(The full details for the day were mostly forgotten)

I recall going to going to the office after recess to meet Miss Chote. I had got the Departmental files out and the individual leave files to put together everything. Towards the end of lunch, I was finished with inserting the forms into the individual files. At one point, I had to step out of the room for Mrs Allen-Brown and they to discuss a situation.

The Kyocera handyman was there to check the machine when I stepped out. He was showing Miss Ali the tray inside Cassette 3 and how the paper sticks inside there. I knew a time Candice opened it from there, and she got the page that was stuck. Mrs Allen Brown ended up doing the letter inside of me. I feel she must have used the old-looking header on the document. I ended up late in the office as usual.

Daddy had called me and asked what time I was coming up because he wanted to know when Vangy was coming for me. I had dinner quickly when I got home. I showered and then went to pack to go to her. It was nice to see that Matthew was coming for our outing tomorrow. I was telling Daddy earlier that when Mr Raymond was ready to go, I pushed everything into my bag and left with him and Mel. I ended up forgetting the laptop at the last minute to do my work. I had been remembering it all the time.

The remainder of the night with Aunty and Matthew was some rounds rummy. I couldn't stay awake any more after 11 PM. I just hope that the copier machine works properly. Today, I was trying to do the last bit of "Maria's " exam copies, and the machine jammed again.
